必达福 EXTRU-LINE® 毡筒、毡带等产品，适用于铝及玻璃工业
工业针刺毡，无论是连续针刺毡、毡筒、毡带，还是针刺毡垫，均可以通过铝挤压型材生产线的输出台实现敏感铝型材在全球范围内的安全输送。玻璃工业按类似方式将以特殊纤维制成的特制毡及毡部件用于高温应用场景，例如：玻璃弯曲装置。

必达福 EXTRU-LINE® 挤压系列：毛毡辊、毛毡输送带及其他配套产品
广泛应用于铝型材挤压工况
无缝针刺毛毡辊与毛毡输送带，适用于铝挤压机出料台的各温区工况。刚挤压成型的铝型材，以约 500–550℃ 高温输送至出料台，该工位所用的无缝环形针刺毛毡辊 / 毛毡输送带，必须具备优异耐温性能，因此普遍采用 PBO 毛毡制造。后续冷却工序段，会根据不同温度区间，搭配对位芳纶、间位芳纶、聚酯材质的无缝针刺毛毡辊与毛毡带。我们同时提供针刺毛毡隔垫材料，适用于型材时效炉工况。
