Our company has a long tradition: we have been producing technical textiles in Hof since 1892. Since moving to our modern location in 2006, we have continuously invested in our production. In the video, we show an insight into the production process – from the raw material warehouse to the production of needle felt by the metre and endless round-needled rollers and belts, to the cutting, punching and shipping department, as well as our product management and development teams, who are largely responsible for the innovative strength of our technical needle felts.
2. Needle felts for car washes – gentle on surfaces, tough on dirt
What happens if you get a car really dirty on purpose? Exactly – you test the cleaning performance of our synthetic needel felts for car washes under real conditions. In this entertaining practical test, we accompany a colleague on his way through mud, car washes and back to a clean vehicle. The focus is on our special synthetic needle felts, which ensure gentle, scratch-free cleaning – even with sensitive paints.
3. Aluminium industry – process reliability with technical textile expertise
In the aluminium industry, our needle felts are an integral part of safe and efficient processes. Whether needle felt rollers, endless felt belts or spacer materials – they protect sensitive aluminium profiles during transport on run-out tables, during cooling and in the tempering furnace. In the video, we not only show the application on site, but also the production and final inspection of our products. This is where technical textile expertise meets industrial process requirements.
