A special service for our customers: Filter bag analysis from BWF Envirotec This service is exclusively available to our customers as part of our service portfolio. Our laboratory analyses and evaluates your used filter bag for you. In a process consisting of many steps, our technicians produce a laboratory report that naturally also contains recommendations for subsequent use of the filter bag.

Analysis of the process dust
Furthermore, we also offer our customers a comprehensive analysis of your process dust, so that we can recommend a suitable filter material. This analysis can be used, among other things, to analyse the agglomeration, the bulk density, the electrostatic chargeability and the particle size distribution. The latter is analysed by means of laser refraction within a particle size range of 0.5 µm to 350 µm.
