Outstanding achievements by our trainees

We are incredibly proud of our young talents Mirjam Berchtold (textile laboratory specialist) and Matthew Hander (process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology). They were both recognised by the Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce as the best trainees in their profession thanks to their exceptional examination results. Matthew even received national recognition as the best trainee in his profession in Germany.

  • Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce awards ceremony at the WWK Arena in Augsburg
  • In-house ceremony for the best trainees in the country by Oliver Stipar, Regional Managing Director of the Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce
  • National DIHK awards ceremony in Berlin
  • Congratulations from the BWF Group management

These successes demonstrate the potential of our young talent, as well as the strength and commitment of our training team.
