From the inspection of raw materials to the final inspection of our technical needle felts, producing stable but above all high-quality products matter a great deal to us.
Quality takes top priority
In order to guarantee and verify various product attributes, in recent years we have expanded our testing capabilities. In addition to the standard values of thickness and weight per unit area, the following tests are now possible on site: Martindale abrasion test, tensile strength and tear resistance tests, bending stiffness test, air permeability test.
These tests form an integral part of product specifications as required, and are carried out diligently by our employees in the course of production.
We are certified according to ISO 9001.
Our contribution to a clean environment
In the field of environment, we are validated according to EMAS.
Unfortunately, waste cannot be completely avoided during production. Nevertheless, our goal is to continuously reduce whatever waste we do produce by constantly optimising our production processes. As far as possible, textile waste is recycled.
In everyday office life, we strive to handle our day-to-day business without using paper. For example, in many cases we only send quotations, order confirmations and invoices by e-mail.
BWF Protec also actively pursues energy management. We focus on minimising our energy consumption, e.g. all lighting is continuously switched to LED sources.
