Is technical needle felt as a yard good not enough for you, or are you looking to save an additional work step? BWF Protec is not only a specialist for technical nonwovens, but also for customised products and ready-made parts. Supplementing and rounding off our production range of technical needle felts by the yard, needled felt tubes and endless belts, we also have two cutting tables, a punching machine and an automatic cut-off machine.

Endless Needle Felt Strips
from 12 mm in width
On our cut-off machine, we divide the full roll width into even, endless strips, whether from our own non-woven materials or from provided materials as subcontractor.

- Strips from 12 mm width (maximum roll diameter 600 mm)
Needle Felt Spacer Materials
Mainly for use as spacers in the aluminium industry, we supply "spacer sleeves" made of high-temperature resistant needle felts, e.g. made of meta-aramide fibres. These are customised according to the required dimensions and specifications.
