Welcome Days 2025 - We welcome our new apprentices and students
In the first week of September, we welcomed our new apprentices and students to our headquarters in Offingen as part of our Welcome Days, marking the start of their journey with the BWF Group.
The Welcome Days began with the management giving a warm welcome to our new apprentices and students. They attended a business etiquette seminar and enjoyed breakfast together, which gave them the opportunity to get to know their mentors and trainers better. The programme concluded with an exciting fire drill with our company fire brigade and other varied activities. The Welcome Days aimed to help everyone get to know each other, gain a better understanding of the company, and provide all the important information needed for a successful start at the BWF Group.
A particular highlight was the joint excursion with apprentices and students in their higher years of training, along with all the trainers. This time, the trip took them to Bavaria Film City in Munich.
