Welcome Days 2026 – Welcoming our new apprentices and students
In the first week of September, we were pleased to warmly welcome our new apprentices and dual-study students to our headquarters in Offingen as part of our traditional Welcome Days. Six apprentices began their training in September, while two dual-study students will commence their studies at the BWF Group in October.
We opened with an introduction to the BWF Group. Our Management then welcomed the new apprentices and students. There was much to experience over the five days of the Welcome Days: from a photo session and a tour of the site to training on health and safety and ISO standards; exchanges with their mentors at the BWF Group; fire-fighting drills with our company fire brigade; a business etiquette seminar for career starters; and more.
Once again, the highlight of the Welcome Days was the apprentice and student outing, attended by all apprentices, students, and trainers from the BWF Group. This time, the group visited an escape room, followed by a treasure hunt in Munich.
We warmly welcome our new young talents and wish them every success as they begin their careers at the BWF Group.
