Realisation of ideas and projects
I have been working in sales at BWF Profiles for a number of years and I have been in contact with many customers. I help them to realise their ideas and projects with the help of our high-quality and innovative solutions and services. It is always exciting to see the end product, in my case the luminaires.
Be in exchange with other cultures and companies
I speak five languages and I love how I can also apply them in my daily work. Contact with our clients and their cultures is very important and I love to travel to visit my clients. Trips abroad, such as to Canada or Japan, are still good memories for me.
Open for new things
Not only the contact to the foreign locations, but also the contact within the individual divisions of the BWF Group continues to increase. The divisions benefit from each other and I am already looking forward to the projects that arise in cooperation. Another advantage is that we learn from each other and can thus recognise market trends earlier, for example.
This also fits in well with my own attitude, because even with a lot of experience, I am far from finished learning, but always want to learn more and improve. True to the motto: Whoever has stopped getting better has stopped being good. Because especially in this fast-moving world we live in, you should always be open to new things.
Connection between family, career, colleagues and friends
At the BWF Group, I really appreciate how you can combine family and career. I am a mother of three children and was always able to work flexibly through the various part-time programmes without neglecting my family. I was able to organise my time freely and had the opportunity to increase my hours at any time.
Not only the connection to family is important, but also the interaction with colleagues. At the BWF Group, we help and support each other. As a result, colleagues have already become best friends and I also met my best friend here at the BWF Group.
