New honorary positions for BWF Group Managing Partners
Commitment alongside the job
In addition to their professional activities, our Managing Partners are also involved in various honorary positions. New exciting responsibilities have recently been added. Through active membership of relevant associations and institutions, the interests of the BWF Group and its employees are not only represented, but the general conditions are actively shaped. In this way we remain: Regionally Based World Leaders.
Dr. Philipp von Waldenfels
New Vice President of the Bavarian Textile and Textile Industry Association (VTB)
In this role, he opened the 36th Hofer Vliesstofftage and presented the VTB's textile award.
"The Hofer Vliesstofftage stands for a research and development network that transcends borders. This is where we pool expertise, diversity of ideas and innovative strength. The VTB Textile Award also makes this visible," emphasised Philipp von Waldenfels in his speech.
Maximilian Offermann
New tasks in the THA Practical Advisory Board and the IHK Swabia
Maximilian Offermann is now a member of the newly founded Practical Advisory Board of the AI Production Network at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences (THA). The practical advisory board is tasked with formulating the specific needs of regional companies and providing input from the industry. The aim is to develop innovative AI-based solutions.
In November, Maximilian Offermann was also elected Deputy Chairman of the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) Günzburg Regional Assembly and a member of the IHK Swabia General Assembly.
"The honorary position at the Swabian IHK is important to me in order to give the Bavarian-Swabian economy a voice in politics and society and to raise the issues and interests of small and medium-sized businesses in the Swabian IHK, which is the most important business representative organisation for us," said Maximilian Offermann about his voluntary commitment.
