Our new, innovative product polySONIC® fr is available as standard in the fashionable colour coral. Each year, the Pantone Color Institute selects the colour of the year. Pantone Color has had a significant influence on product trends in many industries such as fashion and design-oriented interior design for more than 20 years. The colour of the year is determined after elaborate trend analyses of art collections and works by new artists in fashion, in all areas of design, and from a wide variety of other influences.
But why exactly is "Living Coral" this year’s colour of the year? Pantone explains as follows:
"In reaction to the onslaught of digital technology and social media increasingly embedding into daily life, we are seeking authentic and immersive experiences that enable connection and intimacy. Sociable and spirited, the engaging nature [...] welcomes and encourages light-hearted activity. Symbolizing our innate need for optimism and joyful pursuits, PANTONE 16-1546 Living Coral embodies our desire for playful expression."
