At BWF Profiles and BWF Thermoforms, exacting quality standards have always taken top priority. Performing regular quality control at every stage of production is decisive for ensuring these standards: We test in three shifts around the clock with computer-controlled measuring machines, allowing for rapid, precise, digital target/actual contour comparison. Any necessary changes can thus be identified in a targeted manner and promptly implemented.

We also perform other tests in addition to digital target/actual comparisons:

  • Profile function using the installation gauge on hand

  • Colour accuracy

  • Transmission

  • Tests for low stress
